FRIDLEY, Minn. – (March 5, 2015) – Springbrook Nature Center is holding a residential recycling event from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sat., March 28 at its location in Fridley.
You can get rid of old computers, keyboards, cell phones, batteries and small appliances. You’ll be able to protect your identity and financial information with secure paper shredding and computer hard drives are securely erased.
The event is open to residential customers only. Old tube-style televisions, rear projection TVs, console TVs and computer monitors can also be recycled for a small fee.
Twenty-five percent of all fees collected on these items will be donated back to Springbrook Nature Center.
Items not accepted at this event include humidifiers, dishwashers, water heaters, space heaters, washers & dryers, and refrigerators & freezers.
