Meet Clearopathra – Centerville’s newly named snowplow

If you have visited a license center in the past few weeks, you already know: the process is very slow. In late July, the state upgraded the computer system at every license center in Minnesota, but that computer system is slow and was full of problems. The problems are being worked on, but in the mean time, the process is slow and frustrating for everyone involved.
