Anoka County Parks Department contractors recently began construction of approximately 3.5 miles of off-road bicycle paths in two different parts of Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park near Lino Lakes and Centerville. The single track trails are formalizations of user-created and maintained trails that are offshoots of the extensive paved trails in the area.
