Knowing that retail is changing – and not all malls are surviving the changes, the city is preparing some initial plans and working with the property owners in the area. SCOTUS WETLAND RULING NOT EXPECTED TO IMPACT ANOKA COUNTY

Earlier this month the US Supreme Court reduced the EPA’s power to regulate wetlands protected by the Clean Water Act. However this is not expected to impact wetlands in Anoka County.
