Meet Clearopathra – Centerville’s newly named snowplow

First and foremost it’s a soccer tournament. But the Schwan’s USA Cup has decided to use their large tournament as a platform to give back to the community.

This fall, the City of Blaine will be holding their 12th annual Blaine Citizens Academy. It’s an eight week course that looks at a variety of topics involved in the daily work of the police, fire, and community standards departments.
