Are you having a problem with your computer, phone or TV? Need help with a website? Tired of not knowing how to do the things you want to do? We’re here to help. Whether you need help paying a bill online, logging into your Facebook or plugging in a flashdrive, our own Eric Houston will work with you to solve your problems. And if we don’t know the answer, we’ll help you find someone who does. Just call 763-231-2803 to set up an in office appointment or to try and resolve your issue over the phone. You can also e-mail eric@northmetrotv.com. All in person appointments will be conducted at our studio at 12520 Polk St NE in Blaine.
Tech support is free for anyone living in Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Ham Lake, Lexington, Lino Lakes, and Spring Lake Park. For everyone else, it’s just $5 per class or $10 for one on one support (up to one hour).
