SPRING LAKE PARK, Minn. – (Nov. 12, 2015) – Spring Lake Park is looking for a few good people to serve on two different city commissions. They are looking for applicants for both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission. Planning and Zoning reviews development plans while planning for the future growth in the city. Parks and Recreation advises the city on recreational program and park development and helps at large group park events. Requirements for either of these volunteer positions include being a resident of Spring Lake Park, attending monthly meetings and having a community interest.
