(COON RAPIDS) – Allina Health and Anoka County officials officially opened the healthcare provider’s new Customer Experience Center with a ribbon cutting at a facility the company promises will have 500 employees by the end of 2020.
With Mercy Hospital and other locations, Allina is already Coon Rapids’ largest employer. The center will take in calls, texts, and online messages from customers across the Twin Cities and parts of Wisconsin–an estimated 7.5 million incoming contacts from customers and providers for 2020.
The CEC is 58,000 square feet in an industrial park on Evergreen Boulevard.
