COON RAPIDS, Minn. – (June 29, 2017) – The Anoka-Coon Rapids Edina Realty hopes to start a new trend with a first responder lunch. The agents cooked, grilled, and bought food to show thanks to those who protect and serve. Sales Manager, Chris Petersen found it important to give back to those who serve us.
“We want to say thanks to all our first responders. So we wanted to have lunch. Our agents went out to all the area offices, and said we are going to have a open house of lunch for them to come here and eat on us as a way of us to say thank you to them,” Petersen explained.
“A lot of our agents are friends with first responders, they are past clients with them, and we also are super grateful for what they do and how they help us and how they help our community,” he said.
To show their continued support for first responders, the Anoka-Coon Rapids Edina Realty plan to make this an annual event, and they hope that other business and groups in the community will follow their lead.
