(BLAINE) – Anoka County Commissioner Julie Braastad will serve on a state panel to study ways to make Highway 65 safer for drivers.
MnDOT put together the Highway 65 Study Public Advisory Committee.
The state started a study of Highway 65 in August and this panel will help advise the study as it moves forward.
Other community members and elected officials will be a part of the group.
Braastad represents District 2, which includes East Bethel, Ham Lake, and Andover.
