ANOKA, Minn. – This year, Anoka County Library’s most exciting summer reading event runs June 8 – August 17. The annual Bookawocky event kicks off a celebration of summer reading, including everyone from toddlers to teenagers.
Participants are encouraged to track the number of books they read or have read to them throughout the summer months. For every book read, children and teens can enter the Read. Write. Draw. or Best Book Ever competitions for their chance to win a book or a family four-pack of passes to Bunker Beach.
Anoka County Libraries are hosting plenty of other reading events this summer including library book clubs.
