(PRESS RELEASE) – The Minnesota Department of Health, in partnership with local public health officials, will be hosting free COVID-19 testing events at the National Guard Armory in Anoka, 408 Main St., noon to 7 p.m. Oct. 13-15.
These testing opportunities are open to everyone, with or without symptoms. These events are part of an effort to increase access to COVID-19 testing following increased levels of community spread statewide. Tests will be conducted via nasal swab, and insurance is not needed.
Those who plan to attend one of these testing events are asked to sign up online for a time slot, to keep wait times short and to allow for social distancing.
Visit primarybio.com/r/anoka to sign up for the Anoka testing event. To view a list of other community testing opportunities, visit health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/testsites/.
Those who are not able to sign up online should call 1-855-612-0677 for assistance.
