ANOKA, Minn. – (April 9, 2015) – In honor of “Week of the Young Child,” Anoka-Hennepin Community Education is hosting a community baby shower.
They will be accepting donations of new baby items at their five Early Childhood Family Education locations from April 13th through the 17th. All items will be donated to families and teen parents enrolled in the district’s home visiting program.
Some suggested items include: Diapers, diaper pail liners, bottle brushes, dishwasher caddy for bottles, formula, baby food, infant feeding spoons, pacifiers, onesies and sleepers to 12 months, gentle baby soap, wipes, sippy cups, burp clothes, soft books and toys, crib sheets, blankets, bibs, hats , socks, gift cards for Cub foods, Walmart or Target.
