ANOKA, Minn. – (Dec. 1, 2016) – Samuel Maser, 30, was sentenced to nearly five years in prison after pleading guilty to criminal vehicular homicide. The Anoka man was driving drunk when crashed his car into disabled vehicle on Highway 10 in March of this year.
His girlfriend was in the passenger seat and was pronounced dead at the scene. Maser was driving at least 120 miles per hour at the time of the accident.
Maser had pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide in May.
