ANOKA, Minn. – (March, 24, 2016) – Anoka Middle School for the Arts is one of 15 national finalists and the only Minnesota representative for social media contest with big prize money. Samsung’s Solve For Tomorrow contest is looking at some of the best project ideas from STEM programs nationwide. The Anoka students are working on designing and building miniature houses that could be used by homeless youth.
If they win the contest, the school will win a $120,000 technology grant from Samsung, and a select group of students will head to Washington, D.C., for an awards celebration. You can help them win by heading to Twitter or Instagram everyday through April 1, and using both of the following hashtags: #SamsungSolve #SamsungSolveAMS.
