BLAINE, Minn. – (Sept. 7, 2018) – Another new housing development is coming to Blaine. Lennar will build 43 new homes, the development will be built just south of 113th Avenue and Pierce Street, and it will be called Wicklow Woods. The homes will be up to 2,000 square feet in size, and between 2 and 5 bedrooms.
This new 13 acre development will feature lot sizes that are a little smaller than usual, and it will cater to first time home buyers.
