ANDOVER, Minn. – Police now believe that Robert Minor was not working alone when he was allegedly secretly taping young boys inside the locker room at the Andover YMCA.
Christopher Michael Bradshaw (pictured) of Columbus has been charged in Anoka County District Court with two counts of interfering with privacy of a victim under 18 and two counts of possession of pornographic work involving minors. According to the complaint, Bradshaw and Minor, who was charged in similar matters earlier in the month, had several phone conversations while Minor was in jail last month. According to the complaint, Bradshaw brought two young boys with him to the YMCA in Andover, where he secretly videotaped them in various states of undress. This video was found on Minor’s iPhone.
YMCA officials reported to police that Bradshaw had visited 11 different YMCA locations in the metro area in the past five months. A search warrant executed at Bradshaw’s home in Columbus led to hundreds of pornographic images depicting minor children in sexual acts.
Bradshaw has previous convictions for lewd and lascivious conduct and for first degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13 in the mid 1990s.
