RAMSEY, Minn. – (Aug. 18, 2016) – Authorities are looking for information about a man who allegedly groped a teenage girl in a Ramsey park. The girl did not know the man who is described as white, mid 20’s to early 40’s, with a medium build. He is about 5-foot-7, with short messy dirty blond hair, and a tattoo on one bicep. He had a light shadow-type beard at the time.
The man was using a metal detector in Emerald Pond Park just before he touched the girl inappropriately. He drives a dirty, white, Chevy Suburban with two horizontal doors in the rear hatch, as opposed to a lift gate.
