ANDOVER, Minn. – (Oct. 11, 2013) – Several suspicious fires in Andover are leading authorities to ask for the public’s help as they search for a potential arsonist. The fires were set between the hours of 1:00 and 3:15 a.m. on Oct. 8.
The first fire was set in a flatbed truck next to a home that is currently being built; the three fires that followed were set to occupied homes on 152nd and 157th Lane. Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says that it looks like the fires were set intentionally. Luckily, no one was injured in these fires.
