ANOKA, Minn. – (July 23, 2015) – The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is once again teaming up with Memorial Blood Centers’ Battle of the Badges event.
This event challenges fire and law enforcement agencies across the greater metropolitan area to a friendly competitive race to save and sustain lives through blood donations. They are encouraging everyone to get involved by signing up to donate and bringing friends and family out to the drive.

In order to be eligible, you must be at least 110 pounds, 17 years old and be in good general health.
