BLAINE, Minn. – (March 23, 2017) – Having a properly fitted bike helmet can make a big difference should you get in a bike accident.Properly fitted helmets can reduce the risk of head injuries by at least 45 percent – yet less than half of children 14 and under usually wear a bike helmet.
On Tuesday, April 4 families can head to Blaine City Hall starting at 4 p.m. for a free bike helmet fitting. You can bring your helmet or there will be helmets for sale in all sizes for only $10. The bike helmet fitting and sale runs until 7 p.m.
