BLAINE, Minn. – (April, 18, 2019) – Blaine has officially begun the search for its next city manager. City council is using an executive search firm.
Council appoints the city manager as chief administrative officer for the city to run the day-to-day operations of the city. Current city manager Clark Arneson has been with Blaine since 2008 and will retire at the end of July.
The search process is expected to take several months and council will select the new city manager later this year.
