BLAINE, Minn. – (Jan. 4, 2017) – A Blaine man is facing several felony charges after being charged with possessing child pornography, creating his own, and criminal sexual conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, Scott Fortier, 37, met girls at the summer camp where he used to be a counselor and program director. One of these 17-year-old girls, who was a junior camp counselor, told law enforcement that she and another 15-year-old girl were involved in a sexual encounter with him in his Blaine home.
He allegedly gave the girls alcohol and then began touching them.
Part of the encounter was recorded on Fortier’s cell phone, and showed him having sex with an unconscious 15-year-old child.
An earlier search of his home led to the discovery of a CD with at least 200 images and videos of child pornography.
