BLAINE – (April 23, 2020) –The Blaine Police Department has a way to try to make birthdays and other special occasions a little better for kids in the community. The department’s Community Outreach Unit is organizing recorded birthday messages for kids. A Blaine Police Officer or Community Outreach Specialist will record a short video message and it will be sent to the family. An online request form for this can be found on the department’s website.
The department said it makes no guarantees on the officer’s singing voices.
