BLAINE, Minn. – (Feb. 19, 2015) – As a part of Blaine’s 50th anniversary celebration, the city is getting the youth involved by asking for their opinions.
Blaine is sponsoring an essay contest that asks young people: Where are we now and where will we be in 25 years?
There are three different age categories covering students as young as 4th grade and up to 12th grade, with prize money in every category.
