BLAINE, Minn. (April 26, 2018) – The impressions of Blaine spring photo contest starts on May 1. From people, pets, and places to celebrations and locations, you are invited to capture your impression of Blaine!
The impressions of Blaine photo contest is held quarterly, capturing the best that Blaine has to offer each season.
You may submit your photo any time during the month of May. Online voting for the best photos will take place in June with winners being announced in early July. Winners will take home a $25 gift card.
