BLAINE TO CELEBRATE 11TH WORLD FEST

BLAINE, Minn. – (May 9, 2018) – The City of Blaine is getting ready to celebrate their 11^th annual World Fest. This free event at Town Square Park recognizes the growing cultural and ethnic diversity in the city.

“It’s a nice unique event for our city,” said Shari Kunza of Blaine Parks and Recreation. “You will learn a lot, you will network with people in your community, and learn a lot about different cultures.”

The event usually draws about 2,000 people to experience a variety of music, dance, educational booths, and food.

The event is held outdoors if the weather permits, but can move inside Blaine City Hall if it rains.
