BLAINE, Minn. (5/15/2024) – A brawl on Saturday night turned chaotic as Blaine Police officers were attacked by a rowdy group of teenagers at a Northtown carnival.
According to Blaine Police Chief Brian Podany – approximately 200 youngsters ranging from 14 to 17 years old – physically fought officers at the event. Eventually backup agencies from Anoka and Ramsey County were called in to restore the peace.
