COON RAPIDS, Minn. – (Jan. 29, 2014) – A young woman is missing in Coon Rapids, and the police department is looking for information about her whereabouts. They are looking for LaTrease Ray Chelle Underwood. She is a 20-year-old vulnerable adult with health issues and authorities are concerned for her welfare.
On Jan. 22, LaTrease did not return home from an appointment in Coon Rapids. She was last seen in the lobby of the building of her appointment with a black male, believed to be Timothy Howell. LaTrease is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 240 pounds with long brown hair and blonde braids.
