BLAINE – (Oct. 28, 2021) – A new restaurant opened in Blaine this week. Crisp & Green opened the doors on their tenth Minnesota location just off Highway 65 at 10620 Baltimore Street NE. The restaurant offers salads, grain bowls, and smoothies.
“We are so excited to be in Blaine,” said Crisp & Green Co-Founder Lily Smith. “Our franchise partners are Blaine residents, so bringing this to their neighbors is really a privilege and an honor.”
“I think the amazing component of what’s happening now in the community is that we have residents investing in unique opportunities within our city. There’s been an ask and a want list from residents for a long time, and to have that void filled by people in the community is amazing,” said Blaine councilmember Jess Robertson.
As is the case with many restaurants in the area, Crisp and Green still has job openings and is looking to hire more staff.
