The event was a fundraiser to help organizations committed to ending childhood hunger. All the proceeds were donated to No Kid Hungry and Youth Farm – one national and one local organization. The event will return next year and they hope to be able to grow participation as the word gets out on this fun afternoon of golf and food. “We plan on doing this every year, and we are pretty excited to hand over a check to No Kid Hungry and Youth Farm,” said Kurt Stangler of TPC Twin Cities. The event raised over $30,000 and everyone had a great time. The golfers, the chefs and the youth volunteers all contributed to a cause that is easy to rally behind. “No one can argue with feeding kids. Supporting our youth is supporting our future.” The 2nd annual Culinary Pro-Am will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018.
