FRIDLEY, Minn. – (Nov. 3, 2016) – If you’re looking for ways to keep the family engaged in the outdoors as the weather shifts, Springbrook Nature Center will continue to have all ages activities throughout the winter months. Saturday Family Fun Days take place on the second Saturday of each month and they have a new topic of interest each time.
On Nov. 12, the morning will be about Encounters with Animals, and taught by the naturalist staff. Activities are geared towards elementary school children but all are welcome. Dress for the weather to see the wild side of Springbrook Nature Center, exploring trails, learning new skills, and meet live animals. Saturday Family Fun Days are $4 per person and $16 max for the whole family. The fun takes place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. More information can be found here.
