FRIDLEY, Minn. – Fridley Police are seeking information about the identity of six or seven Somali men after two joggers were attacked on Saturday, May 25. The random attacks occurred at 3:30 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. on a path near East River Road and 37th Avenue NE; both of the joggers were male.
Authorities say one man sustained a bloody nose from the attack, while the other has a sore throat. Police specify that the attacks are classified as random assaults and that no attempts were made to rob the two men.
