MINNEAPOLIS – (April 22, 2020) – Authorities in Minneapolis think a Ham Lake man may be responsible for a series of rapes and other crimes dating back nearly a decade.
Police arrested Jory Wiebrand, 34, and have charged him in connection with two sexual assaults from last summer in the area near University of Minnesota, and say he could be responsible for as many as ten others, including at least one in Anoka County.
He’s in jail in Minneapolis.
