(ANOKA) – The chair of the school board of the largest district in the state lost his re-election bid Tuesday night, while two other members were re-elected.
Tom Heidemann, who had held the District 1 seat on the Anoka-Hennepin School Board for decades, lost his re-election bid to challenger Erin Heers-McArdle.
Nicole Hayes and Marci Anderson both ran unopposed for re-election.
