BLAINE, Minn. – (July 7, 2016) – A special car stopped in Blaine this week.  A 2016 Ford Shelby GT350 is traveling across the country for a four month tour.  Along the way, the High Five Tour is raising money for Wounded Warriors Family Support.

“The purpose of the High Five Tour is to travel the lower 48 contingent states so that good American folks can sign the vehicle and thank our combat wounded troops and military in general for their services for our country” said volunteer driver Craig Beckley.

This is the 7th annual High Five Tour.  This stop at Edgewood Senior Living is one of more than 100 stops the tour in making in 48 states.

“This is the 7th state we’ve been in since we left Sacramento, and just the people that we’ve met Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and then North Dakota, the warmth and hospitality that’s been extended to the High Five Tour as just been tremendous,” said Beckley.
