SPRING LAKE PARK, Minn. – (Aug. 24, 2017) – The potential Hy-Vee store in Spring Lake Park continues to become closer to a reality. This week the city council approved the development that will include a Hy-Vee grocery store, liquor store and convenience store. The plans remain the same as when the Planning Commission approved the plans last month.
The land at 85th Avenue and Highway 65 is currently vacant, with the exception of the municipal liquor store that the city has agreed to sell to Hy-Vee.
Hy-Vee will still have to receive a final approval from the city before they start building.
