BLAINE, Minn. – (Aug. 2, 2018) – The quarterly Impressions of Blaine photo contest is open to submissions. From people, pets, and places to celebrations and locations, you are invited to share your best photos of Blaine. You may submit your summer photo any time during the month of August. Online voting for the best photos will take place in September with winners being announced in early October.
