RAMSEY, Minn. – (Sept. 24, 2015) – A son is charged with the attempted murder of his father after a dangerous drive by shooting this week. Ramsey Police were called by a man stating that his son, Justin Williams, was trying to kill him and that he had been shot in the face.

He has been charged with first degree premeditated attempted murder, second degree attempted murder, drive by shooting, and assault in the second degree. All told the four charges combine to a maximum of 57 years in prison.
