ANOKA COUNTY – Minn. (April 9, 2015) – Casey Lee Chinn, 23, is headed to prison for sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls. Chinn was sentenced this week to eleven years and three months in prison. He was found guilty on four felony counts, two for third degree criminal sexual conduct and two for kidnapping. According to the criminal complaint, Chinn met the girls on a social networking site. The girls were found in the basement of Chinn’s Burnsville home one day after they were reported missing.
