BLAINE, Minn. – (Feb. 16, 2017) – A Blaine man has been charged with felony criminal sexual conduct following allegations he touched a massage client inappropriately during the massage. According to the criminal complaint, masseuse Junting He was to give an hour long massage to the victim. She completely undressed for the massage. She stated that during the massage He began messaging her chest and breasts and continued on to touch her inappropriately in other areas .
The victim ended the massage, contacted police, and went to the hospital for a sexual assault examination. He is licensed and has worked at the Northtown Mall business for five years without prior complaint. Police arrested He and held him on $100,000 bail. He has claimed he is innocent and the owner of the salon reportedly is standing by her employee and has stated that He can return to his job if he posts bail.
