BLAINE, Minn. – Blaine Mayor Tom Ryan is now holding regular office hours every Tuesday, from 2:30-5:00 p.m. at Blaine City Hall. Residents are encouraged to stop by and meet with Mayor Ryan regarding any topic they’d like to discuss.
Mayor Ryan says that there is no need to call and make an appointment in advance; visits are done on a drop-in basis. Office visits with Mayor Ryan are held in the Laddie Lake Conference Room, located on the west side of the building on the second floor of Blaine City Hall.
