(CIRCLE PINES) – Dave Bartholomay won re-election as Circle Pines mayor and Steve McChesney, previously on advisory boards for the city, won election to city council Tuesday night. Matt Percy won re-election to his council seat.
McChesney will replace Mike Schweigert on council.
