BLAINE – (April 17, 2023) – Metro Transit is getting ready to make major improvements to one of the busiest bus routes in the region. The F Line is a planned bus rapid transit line, also known as BRT, that will run from downtown Minneapolis to Northtown Mall on both University and Central Avenues. This route would replace the current route 10.
Metro Transit released new plans that call for 32 stations over the 13 mile corridor, with busses stopping at the stations as frequently as every 10 minutes. Metro Transit is looking for feedback on these plans, and there is a survey available for anyone impacted by the bus line.
The survey is open until May 14.
Metro Transit says it hopes to have the final plan in place sometime this summer.
