BLAINE, Minn. – MnDOT is beginning the planning process for major changes to 35W. Proposed plans include adding MnPASS lanes from downtown Minneapolis to Forest Lake, making improvements to the interchanges at Highway 10 and I694, and finding ways to increase transit use.
The plans are still in the study phase, but MNDot has scheduled two open houses to share the potential plans with the public, and give everyone a chance to share their ideas.
