ANOKA COUNTY – (Jan. 11, 2018) – The new year brought some new members onto the city councils in Lino Lakes and Circle Pines.
In Lino Lakes Dale Stoez joined the council after spending the last few years on the planning and zoning board. In Circle Pines Jennifer Rauner and Dean Goldberg took their spots on the council after winning the November election.
The new year also welcomes some new faces to area school boards. Two new members joined the Spring Lake Park School Board this week, and one new member joined the Anoka-Hennepin School Board.
Michael Kreun and Amy Wheaton were sworn-in in Spring Lake Park, and Anna Dirkswagger became the new District 4 member in Anoka-Hennepin. These three will join others in helping choose the direction and the goals of their school districts.
