ANOKA, Minn. – (Dec. 1, 2016) – After recent expansions Johnsville Elementary and Wilson Elementary, the Anoka-Hennepin School District is continuing to analyze school buildings while planning for growth.
The school district has had the Fit for the Future Task Force working on recommendations for future building needs. Some current concerns are the age of the buildings in the district, and rapid population growth in certain areas in the school district.
The task force will share their recommendations for future building needs with the school board next month.
