BLAINE, Minn. – (January 29, 2015) – Chicken lovers in the north metro can once again rejoice as the Blaine City Council gave the approvals necessary this month to bring a Chick-fil-A to Northtown Mall. The two items needed to be approved granted the Chick-fil-A enough parking stalls to make it a viable development and a permit for a 4,600 square-foot restaurant with a drive through. Development will begin soon in the same retail area as Potbelly’s and Chipotle.
