BLAINE, Minn. – (April 5, 2018) – More retail developments are moving forward in Blaine. Three separate retail outlets got approvals this week. First, Blaine will be getting a second Panera Bread location. The new Panera will be located near Target and Buffalo Wild Wings in Victory Village near 109th and Highway 65.
Two new retail developments will be coming to the intersection of 117th and Ulysses Street. Kwik Trip will be building a store on the northeast corner of the intersection while Taco Bell will be building on the southwest corner. This will be the fifth Kwik Trip approved for Blaine. Two are open and now three will soon start construction. For Taco Bell, this will be its fourth Blaine location.
The Blaine Super Target at 109th and Highway 65 continues its major renovation. As a part of the store-wide renovation the bakery and deli closed this week and will remain closed for the next six weeks. The renovation will give the entire store a makeover. As a part of the renovation a liquor store will also be added in the space that used to be the Target Café. The total renovation is expected to be completed sometime this summer.
