Tutorials feature experts on Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, web design, digital video and audio, and much more! “lyndaLibrary takes the concept of DIY to a whole new level!” said Anoka County Commissioner and Library Board Liaison Julie Braastad. “We are pleased to offer free access to these increasingly essential tech tools.”
